Looking for friends, or more

I hit the gym about 4 or 5 times a week, and bike during the summer months. My workout is usually split up around 30 minutes on weights and 30-45 minutes cardio. My goal is to stay in shape, and I prefer to be more on the slim side than not...although it is getting harder and harder as I get older. After 40, I noticed that I have to workout much more, and be even more conscious about what I eat......

Musics important to me, puts me in a happy place and i get my news from talk radio & FoxNews/MSNBC and CNN only cause i like Larry King. Love sunning by a lake and inhaling the aroma of a campfire. Later fishing on a boat catching dinner. But the bestpart is to be cuddling up to keep warm...

I go to the gym "YMCA" a lot of the time. I have been going for a few years now to. But I am no where "muscle wise" near where I would like to be. Built body was the only name I could come up with for this though. But I work out all the time at the gym!!! So "I hope" I will one day have a built body!!!
