I am an ironman

I have a sense of humor, seriously. I live in Maine and I don't ski but I do hike, kayak, fish, play drums, drink red wine (and other adult beverages), drink Honest Tea, train for tri events, travel around the world, fossil hunt, photography, watch wildlife and the night sky. I'm sure I missed something.... oh, yeah I love Twizzlers! Of course, I love to swim, cycle and run but not necessarily in that order unless I'm racing. I love my two awesome daughters the most. My goal is to sustain a state of happiness that lasts the rest of my life. Who could ask for more (or less for that matter)? I'm working on being naturally bald unlike all those other jocks that shave their heads. I'm about half way there.
