I may be blind, but I love sports and am fun!

Hi. Nice to meet you! My name is Joe but most of my friends call me Joey or Scooby. Unfortunately I am blind. But I am still a lot of fun and enjoy talking with people. I have a really good sense of humor! I play on a beep baseball league which I really enjoy. You may be surprised that I am able to communicate on the computer. Today's technology is great! I have a screen reader called Jaws that enables me to read. I'm having difficulty with this site, though. I absolutely love kids. I would love a chance at a longterm relationship but would be happy to just meet more people. My height is about 5'5" and weight about 140 lb. Interests: I love sports (both playing beep baseball and watching), music (mainly soft rock, Mariah Carey and music from the 60's and 70's), going for walks, and just being around people etc. My education: I graduated from high school in 1989. I was the first totally blind person to graduate from that school. They gave me a standing ovation! I got my BA in English Writing and graduated c*m laude in 1999. I occasionally work as a high school correspondent writing profiles on local athletes for a local newspaper.
